Psalm 121:

Loved this Psalm!! Verse 2, Do not look anywhere but to the Lord for help. When we look elsewhere not only will we not find the answer, but we can open doors that may lead us farther from the truth which is only found in our Lord and Savior.

In Him we will not stumble, because He never sleeps nor slumbers. Why? Because HE the Lord Himself watches over us, and stands beside us, that is how He alone can keep us from harm, watching over us as we come and as we go, right now in the middle of your storm and throughout eternity with Him!!

Mark 9:

1 – Jesus IS the Kingdom of God! His Resurrection took place with Great Power! The mightiest man, machine, or computer could not raise our Jesus from death. Nothing but the raw and mighty power of the Spirit of God. The Great I AM!

2-3 – a little glimpse at the type of heavenly bodies we will live in when we cross over into the Kingdom of Heaven!

4 – For all skeptics…Here is life after death! Only through Jesus!

19 – Faithless why? Because there was a lack in building their faith, due to lack of faith. They believed of course. But not on the level Jesus expects. When you have mustard seed faith that just desires His presents more each day you search as you would for a hidden treasure.

24 – We all have this or have had this. Faith and Doubt all in one. We believe but we don’t believe. The more we grow in Him, the more we learn our Fathers ways. Then the scales will shift until we are filled with only belief!

29 – Prayer and Fasting is not a mandatory command. But it is a necessity in order to truly grow our Spirit to levels unreachable without it.

37 – The Word I got from this is: Servanthood without Jesus is empty.

40 – This verse needs to be the banner of every christian church. We as a church body need to unite. We need to set aside the minor differences in beliefs we have, and build on the cornerstone that we all believe in! One Team, Team Jesus!

Mark 10:

14-15 – Dont stop the children from coming to Jesus! There is no age requirement, there is no age limit. Jesus moves through hearts that are soft, humble and child-like. We must encourage the children around us to be bold and courageous, having no fear of boundaries and limitations.

17-22 – Do we have something we can’t let go of? God needs total submission.

29-30 – Which life are you living for? The temporary or the eternal?

31 – God wants humble servants, not famous superstars. Famous superstars can be used, don’t get me wrong. Although within that type of role we must constantly deny self, and promote JESUS!

42-45 – We must learn to always take the low road. Humbly serving all.

47-49 – Bartimaeus is inspiring to me in this passage. Despite opposition, He yelled louder and louder for the Savior to heal Him. When we face opposition to we cower in the corner, or do we lean confidently against our Rock!
