Jeremiah 16,17:

17:7-8 – When we stand firm in the Lord every trial and challenge in this life will bring fruit that glorifies our God. When our heart is pure and circumcised the roots of our love in Christ will draw strength in every storm. We will not be blown around in every direction. Instead we will stand strong and firm in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

17:9-10 – knowing these verses we must not fall victim to the deceitfulness of our own hearts, or rather the hearts of others. We must also teach others the same, so that ignorance does not lead them astray.

Psalm 96:

1-2: constant, fresh praise should always be pouring out of our heart. this is refreshing to our soul, and pleases the Lord our God. But more importantly than that was said best in a song I have sung, “Let my words live louder than a song”. I love that, I want my actions to not only be in-line with what a sing, but louder. By singing at the top of my lungs I will effect several sets of ears, which is good (sort of =)). But I want my affect in the lives of those around me to be greater than that!

3: When God moves in our lives we have a duty to share that testimony, whether we write it, shout it or tell everyone we know!

13: The day or the hour of His return is unknown. But make no mistake He is coming, The Lord is on His way! Live with excitement not dreadful fear!

John 16:

8: When man denies or refuses the truth of Jesus Christ it is sin. Sin leads to death.

13: The Holy Spirit brings everything into the light. We must learn to enable the spirit to move in our lives. Obedience to the spirit brings forth miracles from the hand of God. It also strengthens our ability to hear the spirit to guide our lives.

23: Before Jesus came into the world as a man, direct access to God was impossible. That was the job of the priests, through ceremonies and cleansing (most of Exodus and Leviticus). But now with the Lamb of God offering himself as the ultimate sacrifice we now can have direct access, fellowship and an intimate relationship with the creator of the universe. Thank you Jesus!
